the map

This small section of The London Railways map 1897 is to show the detail that is included on the map. Coloured areas show altitude from sea level to over 400 feet. Railways (both completed and under construction), underground railways and tramways are all marked as well as numerous other geographical features such as the docks, parks, roads etc.

The printing quality will be as good as or better than this since printing resolution is better than screen resolution. The latter depends on the setting and age of your machine and your choice of software. Also we have no control over the size shown here as that will also vary according to your settings.
